Before getting clear of the placement of each piece, you may need to figure each one of the pieces. And the basic rule: the placement starts from the outside of the setting and work inward.
•Salad fork is on the farthest to the plate since salad is always served before main course.
•Spoon is placed on the right side of the plate;
•Knife blades should always face to the plate, except the butter knife which is place on the butter plate.
•Lay the flatware about 1 inches away from the plate and the table.
